BLM needs to be benched. Simple as that. Get Tate in there to see if he can spark the offence. Beyond brutal.
3rd and 4, you have Cornish running a cross route underneath and you throw a brutal long ball. Like no sense at all. Not to mention Cornish gets you 6 on the first down and you then decide to throw 2 garbage balls needing 4 yards.
Brutal.

Edmonton defense is really really good and maybe the Stamps offense cant beat them, but there needs to be some offensive creativity for Calgary.
BLM has barely run with the ball this year and I don't understand why not...its just something else defenses have to account for.
Obviously the Oline has its injury issues and maybe they are just to deep to overcome...its actually starting to look that way.
Defense is fine but ST are a mess.
Lots of work to do.

Reilly has a somewhat competent offensive line that can hold up for more than 2 seconds. That's the difference.

It's brutal for sure, but is that Mitchell calling a pass play, or the OC? If they were going for it on 3rd down anyway, why pass on 2nd down?

Meh, he had plenty of opportunities to run with the ball needing less then 5 yards on many 2nd downs. He held on to it, overthrew his receivers, took the sack.
Need some accountability here, Joe West has been hot garbage for 2 years. Not sure why he keeps playing. Anthony Parker should be cut let alone getting playing time. Josh Bell might be the worst safety in the league but is starting.
Loyalty is one thing but ignoring these consistent mediocre performances is head-scratching.

In Stamps defense, the constant injuries with the OLine did not help the offense in a consistent basis. They already lost their 2 starting OLinemen from last season, then Edwin Harrison and Federkeil went down. Brander Craighead hasn't play this season and Brad Erdos also went down. With all those injuries, I am surprised they are still #1 in their division until tonight.
Pass Defense I thought was awful in the first half. They weren't challenging the receivers enough and Reilly was like playing just catch up at the park. Offense also struggled in the first half but both adjusted in the 2nd. DLine played very well tonight. They were on Reilly's face almost all night. Micah Johnson and Bishop had a huge game.
Noticed that putz Chris Jones only shakes hand when he wins. Yes..and the Flames Dougie Hamilton scored his first goal. Sorry off-topic there.

I enjoyed that game, beautiful night, good defences going at it for 60 minutes. Mitchell was definitely off tonight and the Stamps should have fed Cornish the ball more, but that Edmonton defence is really good. Like realllllllyy good

I'd agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.

Such a weird season. 11-4 is nothing to complain about for sure, but man this team is frustrating, especially on offence. With the weapons they have, they should be crushing teams, yet at the same time, 11-4 is a very generous record given how they've played overall. They are darn lucky not to be a .500 team, or worse.
Bo certainly has not been sharp this season. Hopefully it's just a blip, but at this point I'm not feeling to good about the possibility of a repeat.

Tough game, I hate losing to Edmonton, especially Deon Lacey and Chris Jones who need to be taught a lesson in sportsmanship. Hate that team.
Some random thoughts:
1. Big LOL at the people saying Reilly is better than Mitchell -- maybe if you think good quarterbacking is throwing up a prayer a few times a game and getting a lucky completion here and there. Reilly is full of himself and he will get what he deserves come playoffs, just like last year. Mitchell is a young QB who has many good years ahead of him and will eventually surpass Reilly in almost every facet of the game.
2. Getting really tired of watching this offence constantly spin its wheels and have trouble putting points on the board. They seem to live and die with Dickenson, who sometimes calls the most amazing and creative play combinations, then calls a boneheaded long bomb on like 2nd and 2. Why when you have the best RB in the league? Seems like a legit question to me.
3. Defensive line had a tough time against Edmonton. Need to get to Reilly next game.
4. The Roughriders still suck so there is always a silver lining to everything

I disagree with your #3. Defensive Line was the only ones that gave Reilly a hard time. Eskies OLine had a hard time stopping them but Edmonton's receiver are wide open all the time that's why Reilly get rid of the ball before the DLine gets to him. Stamps DBs are giving the receivers way too much room.
200% agreed on your #4.
