The Leafs sitting back when they had the 3-1 lead and defensive coverage are the problems and it will not be a surprise if the Leafs lose in regulation.

It was inevitable, but now it's official. No playoffs for the ninth straight season in Edmonton.

Betting the Oilers to lose by at least two is the safest bet in all of sports.

Ha ha, Sportsnet trying to shine up the turd that is the Leafs vs Sabres on Wednesday Night Hockey by saying it's not about fighting for a wildcard or playoff position... it's about pride (of course, neither team has really shown much of that either this season).

On the first empty net goal by Detroit, literally the last ounce of hope the Oilers had left to make the playoffs, two Oilers collide in the neutral zone, and fall down. They get up, but do they hustle to get back? No, they coast back, leaving a ridiculously easy tap in for the empty net goal.

Absolutely zero pride in that organization.

Get bent, Anaheim! You're about as helpful as Chicago when it come to the OOT scoreboard...
