Kings in 7, with all 7 games ending in triple OT.

Things are lining up pretty good for the Hawks. The Ducks and Kings will beat on each other while the Hawks have a somewhat easier road against the Wild.

Kings in 6. Maybe even 5. They've flipped that switch and are now playing like they did in 2012. Sharks had more depth than the Ducks do, and they had no problem shutting them down 4 straight.
Definitely LA.

Ducks are a good playoff team, but yeah, have a hard time seeing how they'd win more than 2. The Kings have pretty much everything on them IMO.

The winner of the Hawks/Wild series is going to go up against a Prizefighter on their last legs.

as much as I'd like to see Iggy win a cup I think I'd like to see Regehr to win just as much. Kings in 6 and onward to the cup.

I wonder if these guys just drive from home to both rinks?

Considering Quick's performance trajectory in the last series, I think the Kings goaltending wins this one.

Sutter will probably force the Kings to stay in a hotel during road games.

They bused into Anaheim yesterday, the Kings are treating this like any road trip...as they should. Not really "forcing" anything.
Players are creatures of habit and staying in their routine is by far the preferred way to do things. They will be holding meetings, doing video etc all from one location this way. Not to mention they will probably have fewer distractions than they would at home.
Makes sense.

Just watching this makes me realize how far away we are.
We better get some big bodies if we have a chance against teams like this.
