Colorado , Nashville, & Dallas are good teams that Oilers have beat in their last 10 games. When you're sitting in 27th place like Edmonton that means there's 26 teams that are better so really only 1 or 2 of their 10 wins is against "worse" teams. That's not much to be proud of though.

Only one of those teams you named is in a playoff spot, so no, they aren't very good teams. Better than the Oilers, yes. But not good teams.

With Karri Ramo carrying the goaltending load on Friday against the Colorado Avalanche, head coach Bob Hartley is turning to Reto Berra tonight in Edmonton.
"It's a back-to-back, it was already scheduled," Hartley said of the decision. "I think the difference between the two is so slim and it gives us good options. I think in back-to-back situations, I think it makes sense to play both guys."

CalgaryFlames.com can't provide a Projected Lines feature for tonight's match-up due to the Flames lineup being in flux. The flu has been going around and some players are questionable for the game.
"We have lots of guys that are doubtful right now," Hartley said. "We're battling the flu, we're battling a couple of injuries.
"We have lots of game-time decisions."

On the Ramo v Berra thing, I think it'll be interesting to see how Berra performs. Yeah he let in some awful ones his last few games but it's hard to compare his recent performance vs Ramo's recent performance since the team itself has played so much better. That said Ramo's looked a lot calmer and composed, hopefully Berra's been working on that this past week, and now that Gio's back in front of him maybe he'll settle down. One can hope at least

I feel like we are going to lose this one just because of how thin the roster is but i'm hoping to be pleasantly surprised with a win.

Flu's going around but McGrattan doesn't have it? What's he got, Mad Cow disease?

Colorado & Dallas are both top 15 teams in the league which in my books are good teams. I'll give you Nashville but they are only 4 pts out of being top 15 so they're not far off, besides I take into account the fact that with their defence & goaltending they have the ability to legitimately beat any team in the league which is also a good team imo. Differing opinions.

Hudler and Colborne are both in, as is McGrattan apparently.
Breen, Smith, and Baertschi the scratches.
