15 Thrusters and 6 No Rep CTB pullups.... I stepped on a 45 Lb weight to get up to the bar and insted of going arms straight I put my foot down on the weight which made it a NO REP!!! I was going to redo on Sunday but never made it better luck next year....

Congrats on participating in the Open, Hevishot! It'll be great to see the improvements from this year to next.

I certainly know what I need to work on going forward. Strength, and conditioning...

The team from our box made Regionals, as well as one individual women's competitor. Our gym owner finished 50th in the region, 13.2 did him in.

It was a good time I hope for next year to be a little more prepared for the comp weight. I will check tonight if anybody from our box made it to regionals.

From my experience, the reason people get hurt doing Crossfit is because they see that the program is built around the WOD, and go try it the first day.

Nice story about the coach/owner, Brett Marshall, and Scott Wilkinson, a gentleman rehabbing from a motorcycle injury.
