Except one movie is decent and the other is one of the worst movies ever made. I would give Cabin in the Woods a 7/10 and Tucker and Dale vs Evil a 1/10. I would like give it a 0 but Katrina Bowden's hotness is worth a point.

It was a very long time ago but I seem to remember "The Changeling" being a good non-slasher/startler.

I collect horror movies, have over 600 of them, and that movie is my all time favorite, good choice.

Damn you Erick Estrada. Just when I though you had come to your senses you give Tucker and Dale vs Evil a 1/10.

That movie is easily a 7/10. I love Cabin and depending on how I feel I might even say T&DvsEvil is better than Cabin. Hilarious movie.

I watched The Omen, I'm not sure how anyone could find that scary. Lots of plot holes too.
I'm an atheist so maybe that has something to do with it, but I found The Exorcist scary even though i don't believe in any of that stuff.

I saw the first 10 minutes of a movie last halloween, but I can't remember what it was called. It had Vincent Price and he was a witch hunter in 17th century England. it looked really good, but I cant find it on IMDB anyone know the name of it perchance?

Edit: Nevermind, I found it. It's called Witchfinder General. I'm 'acquiring' it right now.

I just didn't find it funny. Kind of like the Dictator. It was supposed to be a comedy but I never laughed. When a comedy doesn't make you laugh it's a bad movie.

Yes, Shaw does carry it. It is on FX Canada...channel 156. Started tonight and was very good!

Thanks. Ill have to see if I have that. Don't think I do though as I watch Sons of Anarchy on Super Channel and have been watching Louie on Blu ray only.

FeardotCom has got to be the worst horror movie I've ever seen. I really wish I had listened to my friend and not bought the damn thing.

Halloween is one of my favorites, and I do like the Friday the 13th movies. Jason X, though, was pretty stupid. Nightmare On Elm Street is another one I like. Texas Chainsaw Massacre, 1408, The Haunting, The Amityville Horror are some others I like as well.

Just got home from Sinister. Thought it was very strong. Perhaps predictable but a very solid horror movie IMO. I would recommend.

It's extremely scary and unsettling at times. I haven't called a movie scary in over a decade.
