Oh shiz. A lot of awesome moments and lines of dialogue as this season finishes strong again.

Ashur to his "minions" when he sees them turn on him: "you f***ing c***s".

In general there were a LOT of important people killed this season, holy cow! Can't wait until next season (like always). From what I have heard (since they more or less are following historical events), the next enemy for Spartacus makes Glaber look like a pre-school teacher in comparison. Cant' freaking wait for that! Also, Gannicus as a full time cast member (presumably) is awesome news, as I think he is the second strongest character in the show with Crixus a close third.

Just when you thought they couldnt make a better ending...they do...wow.
Next season should be great.

Is the season over? I've PVR'd them all and plan on having quite the marathon of sex, violence, gore etc.And then I'll watch the whole season of Spartacus!

Holy crap,I just watched the last 2 episodes last night, not realizing it was the season final. The last episode gets going and I was thinking, this is starting to look a lot like "Kill them all" the S1 final. Then most everyone important gets killed, and the violence was turned up to 11. Awesome.
Totally agree epic ending.

I think they were worried about Andy being replaced and decided not to spend/risk the extra millions needed for the last two episodes.

I discovered this show about 2 weeks ago and I can't believe I had missed such an amazing show. What an end to season 2. Brilliant.

Sadly this will be the last season. I assume it's because it is way too expensive to produce.

Apparently the writers had like 5-6 seasons more planned (maybe 6 total including Andy's stint, so 3 more). But alas, this will be the last one.
