I've heard its pretty bad down there. A cop friend of mine calls it BridleHood.

Really? That's the first I've ever heard of Bridlewood being anything other than your normal suburban paradise. Aside from being super far south that is. Are we talking punk kids?

Church Ranches. Just outside of town to the NW, right beside Rocky Ridge down 12 Mile Coulee Road.
|
Whoa, tough neighborhood with all the cadillac escalades rolling there.
I'm in sunnyside near shoestring and ottomatic I think. [/b][/quote]
Yeah it's been a hard life going through high school in Church Ranches.
I think my family has the only one story house in the entire development.

Lake Bonavista, then, downtown off 17th, then Canyon Meadows for last 3 years up until a few months ago.
Now, Lakeview.

Really Browna? I grew up there.

Never seen any trouble here. Infact I totally love this neighbourhood, very kid and family friendly. The only stuff I see is a little spray paint now and then, again little punk kids doing stupid crap. If your cop buddy thinks this is the hood, I suggest he works some tougher beats.
Jeez, even Beddington, Dalhousie, Edgemont, Hawkwood, Silversprings, Varsity are "rougher" than Bridlewood. I could name 30 more communities that have higher crime rates.

South Ogden. Some "interesting" people in my neighbourhood. A lot of them appear to be fun lovin', law abiding motor cycle riders.

I'm in Cougar Ridge - off 85th Street, and about a 9 iron away from the ski jump tower which is practically in front of my house. Been here almost 2 years.

Cool, I Just rode the bike to C.O.P. ski jumps in about 5 minutes from our house. Didn't realize they had a pond up there. I forgot how much I loved this area of town in comparison to Somerset/Bridlewood. The views on the hill are fantastic, of the city and the mountains. ect.

Grew up in Lake Bonavista, with an 8 month stint in Deer Run when we sold our house on Lake Twintree Drive and couldn't find another house in time. 8 months in Deer Run and then we moved to Lake Lucerne Crescent. Now I'm a short 1 hour drive down the 401 from Cheese, in London Ontario.

Tarington Woods is where I live, better known as a newer area of Taradale. Prior to this lived in Pineridge for years. Am currently looking for a more mature area closer to the inner city without dropping an arm and a leg.
