100% seems like a good dude with a good heart and good resume. And he's idealistic and we need that.
But Hehr knows the job and he's good at it and he's reasonably progressive. Walcott's issue was that he didn't know what he was signing up for. I think with Kent, you get a guy who knows the job and likes doing it. He loves talking with people. Absolutely loves it.
It's a really hard choice
