My guess is the players and PA have/had been consulted as to timing. Starting pitchers warming up would have to change their routine before they throw a pitch, as an example.

It didnt affect either pitcher, both got the next 6 outs.

Well ####. Ok well a split is fine I guess. 2-0 seemed like a bit of a pipe dream.

Might not be their night
Got the split though
The dodgers have a deadly lineup but it’s the rotation that makes them really hard to beat

Really hope the Jays can win 2 in LA, because if Yakamoto starts game 6 it's probably an auto-loss

That might be game.
Will the Jays have a game back at home?

Yes. No way they're dropping 3 in a row. This game has been closer than the score indicates.

Decent from Hoffman I guess. Teoscar is a Hr or strike out machine (still), nothing in between. My guess is he cranks it up in LA.

The Jays can win 3 in a row too.

Sure it’s a close game but Jays have 4 hits and not one in 5 innings this is no fluke from Yamamoto.

MLB has been doing Stand up for Cancer, just like they did tonight, since 2009.
So it might have been a surprise to some, it wasn't to any of the players.
They do it in game for a reason.

The hockey fan in me would like to see a line drive right at Yamamoto.

John S didn’t do anything wrong this game. Sometimes the batting has to put it together against a good pitcher. They haven’t done much after early.

I didn't say it was a fluke. I just don't think the Jays are about to lose out after tonight's game. I also don't think they'll win out. So yes, this is still coming back to Toronto next weekend.
