I’m now convinced the team was riding high on confidence since June. Natural talent wise, this team isn’t it at the plate. For our salary they should be better. A little frustrating seeing no run production.

Nah. But they need some leadership from the manager. On field public displays.

He looks like a deer in headlights (because he is) when they’re struggling, and often when they aren’t. Has for years. He can’t pull this team out, or does it appear he knows what to do. In the clubhouse none of us know. But he is just not the guy that players have confidence that they can win with him, as I’ve said for a few years now.

Game over. Plunk some guys Berrios. Get some emotion on this roster since the manager, who has had 2 excellent chances the last game to go postal on the umps, doesn’t want to.

Haha. The Jays might have a negative run differential when all is said and done.

I dunno. Things could change again. But when you're whole offense was having replacement level players hit above their weight class. Something was going to give and it finally has. The season will be over in a week and Atkins probably bought himself another kick at the can.

Going in to next year. We don't know what's going on with Bo. Can't really bank on a 37 year old Springer having the year he has had. The rotation is old. There's like 100 million in dead weight between Gimenez and Santander. Barger has been awful since July. Lukes, Schneider, and Clement are decent utility guys. The bullpen is a giant question mark.

This was supposed to be a fun inspite of all that year. But it's collapsing at record speed. Just classic Jays fans bull####.
