A B+ effort in an elimination game isn't going to cut it. The 4th is always the hardest to win, especially when a team has been embarrassed so far in the series. Florida needed to bring a bit more effort in the first two periods. They had won 4 in a row and were feeling a little too good about themselves.
Lesson learned. I suspect they'll be harder to beat next game.

They did the exact same thing they did to Oilers last year. Go up 3-0 looking dominant in the series and then sit back thinking you have it in the bag.

Probably a blessing to lose that game anyways. They would be so rusty with 2 weeks of rest.
It was a weird game, felt like the Panthers weren't really trying. And were trying to just steal the 4th with using as little effort as possible.
