Who cares about a loss to the Oilers on game 82, its meaningless, it doesn't dictate how the Flames go into the playoffs.


This was basically a game that for the Flames was "Lets get this done and get the playoffs"


For the Oilers this was their Cup, and their last chance to induce their sucker fans to spend their money on season tickets.


Its over, no one cares, no one from the Flames will remember this in about 20 minutes.

Taking stock of any play in this game is/was a fool's errand. The fact they force fed Johnny all night to get his 100 instead of actually trying to win and play the team game that would slaughter them tells you all you need to know about tonight's game.
