Yay ... good news!
Which will probably turn to bad news as he gets more and more injured as the years go by /Bills fan fatalism

Well I wish Mario the best on his new team. Pretty tough to ask him to turn down that kind of money. Hopefully he can stay injury free and have a great career.

Bills signed DE/OLB Mario Williams to a six-year, $100 million contract.
The first ever $100 million contract for a defensive player includes $50 million guaranteed. The deal dwarves the then record six-year, $84 million pact signed by Bears RE Julius Peppers in March 2010. Peppers' deal included $42 million guaranteed. From a football perspective, the Bills provide Williams a chance to move back to his natural position of defensive end as they switch from a 3-4 to 4-3 defensive front. The No. 1 overall pick of the 2006 draft has notched 53.5 sacks in 82 career games.

I think Reid has more faith in Kafka than I do. I agree, a reliable back up is a good idea. You know Vick will miss some time.
Would love a stud middle linebacker or a massive tackle to tie up blocks. Maybe a bigger safety as well but I like Allen and Coleman. Jarrett is a bit of a mystery and needs to step up.

I think that Williams deal is insane. The only player worth that kind of money is the QB. Williams is good - really really good - but not %50 million guaranteed good.

Steve Hutchinson to the Titans. I think Manning is a Titan by tomorrow afternoon. Vols fans are going to cream their pants.

Ted Ginn is looking for more than an opportunity to be more than a return specialist. 49ers would like him back but as a return specialist and only part time receiver.
And Rock Cartright was signed today. He is projected to be the special teams ace/backup FB.

SF will miss Costanza as the special teams ace, but solid replacement in Cartright. I really hope Ginn realizes there probably won't be many receiving roles out there for him and resigns.

Mario manningham will be visiting the rams. We need some weapons, not sure if he is the #1 guy we are looking for.

A couple Miami reporters saying that Manning called the Phins yesterday to tell them he will not be signing with them. Not surprising and its obviously the reason why they have set up a meeting with Flynn, who I expect them to sign.

Well then Ted Ginn should start looking into not sucking as a receiver

Way to keep endearing yourself to your teammates, Mark. Keep fighting the good fight. Dumbest offseason move so far was giving this guy an extension.

Manning working out for the Broncos today. I'm just hoping he goes anywhere else but the AFC South. Broncos or Cardinals. I'm expecting an announcement today or tomorrow
