We’re all down on Gaudreau in this series. But he’s given his teammates all kinds of tap ins over the course of his career here. Ask yourself how many easy goals #13 gets in return. Very few. His goals usually have a higher degree of difficulty.

Main issue until that goal was Johnny trying to stick handle through 4 players
He should have learned that lesson in juniors
