I think I'm out today. My quads are so sore getting in and out of my car is a major chore. Steps are a 2-minute process. Running - not a chance.

I knew I shouldn't have exercised the Kipper way - raising elk over my head and doing somersaults.

It starts at 6 o'clock on the button, well around then anyways. There is usually people that show up early at warm up and people who come in for the fashionably late entrance as well.

Hey guys sorry my Blackberry broke and I couldn't post from work. I'm also out for next week as I'll be in Edmonton, but A.C will be back for next Thursday. Sucks that you guys had to cancel as it looked like a great day for hockey.

Can someone that will be playing next week make the list?
