Bautista left Sunday's game against the New York Yankees in the seventh inning because of stiffness in his neck. The Blue Jays were off on Monday."
Hopefully this is a short term injury......

The Rays are making Adam Lind look like he's Jose Bautista.
Good start by Morrow tonight, and nice work by Zep out of the pen. Almost another dicey 9th inning though.
Funny to see the two managers tossed within about 5 minutes of each other. It was like Joe Madden didn't want to be upstaged by the other manager.
For the record...I have a more accurate throwing arm than Edwin Encarnacion....I just can't hit a fast ball worth a damn.

Lind has been unreal on this roadtrip. Thats good to see, hopefully he can keep this up and then when Hill gets back hopefully he can get back to his form from a couple years ago.

That is one thing I hate about baseball. The umpires are too quick to throw out a manager when he is asking about a call. Especially some of those umpires you can tell they are power tripping.

I hate how baseball fans think umpires deserve to be treated the way they are.

Real unimpressed with the non-calls that drabek is getting whereas similar pitches down in the strike zone are calls for Price.
Real unimpressed. We need all the help we can get vs price, now another american ump that doesn't like the canadian team...sorry, i just feel like that sometimes...
The jays are better than the rays, but the rays' 5 starters may be the best starting 5 in baseball... even better than the Giants... not having Joey Bats really exposes this offensive lineup...

I agree, but I think some fans have a right to complain when certain guys are umping. Joe West is a huge egotistical self aggrandizer, and he seemingly let's the players and managers know who is the gatekeeper excessively so at times.
And as I type this, Drabek is charged with another walk on another questionable pitch...Sure he isn't helping his cause by nibbling, but he'll have to learn.
umps hate canadians, we need more non american umps...more latin americans and a token canadian would do... it just seems like the Raps, Jays and Canadian NHL franchises don't get fair shakes, unless it's OT in round two of the playoffs and you hold someone's stick, then they make a bad call the other way.
