I don't care if he has been better recently. I don't like RA Dickey and I can't stand that we are stuck with Josh Thole because of him. If Dickey was winning 20 games a year, I might forgive him for burdening us with Thole.

Dickey has actually pitched pretty good this year, and it's absolutely criminal that he is stuck with the only sub .500 record among the starters. If he had the run support Thole has gotten he certainly wouldn't be 7-9. Of course, I wonder how much having Thole in the line up plays a factor in his poor run support.

The infuriating thing with dickey is the inconsistency, not game to game but inning to inning. First 4 runners in the 2nd score and you wonder if he'll ever get an out. Sits down the next 12 batters with ease.
