LOL at the fans:
"USA!"
"Chi-na!"
"USA!"
"Chi-na!"
So I guess the Chinese are cheering for Canada, then?

Oh I dunno about that, Resolute. He was only 1 for 4 against my pitching the time we played. He didn't get a hit until his last at bat, and it wasn't a dinger. I held my own.

He should've stayed in Drumheller.
Him and Cormier leaving pitches right over the plate, destroying all the hard work that the other pitchers and batting the Canadians had done to get to that 4-0 lead. Now 5-4 bottom of the 8th for the US.

And good for the female wrestler...looks like the match starts just before 3am Calgary time for the gold.
Hopefully this baseball game ends earlier then later...CBC's been a bit guilty of showing the full events (Gymnastics last two or three nights, now baseball) sometimes when there's a whole bunch of other things going on...at least cut in and out and show some other things.

When are the men's 100m finals? I think they're tomorrow morning at 8:30 am, but I just want to confirm that I got the time shifting figured out.

i got tired of watching baseball so I switched the channel and watched something else. USA was ahead by 5-4 thanks to shoddy pitching by two former major leaguer Reitsma and Cormier. When I switched back to CBC, Ron's replacement is already in. Does anyone know if Canadians came back and win or they totally blew the game from 4-0?
