I love Sir Ken Robinson's talks, he's bang on with regards to our educational issues.

A recent favorite is Michael Specter on the danger of science denialism.

Why do good people do evil things, by the designer of the Stanford Prison Experiment (NSFW - Graphic Content).

How do we define success, and how is it related to happiness?

I'm too humble to post my own talk at TEDxYYC but would be tickled if anybody posted it.

Wow! Not only is his demonstration brilliant, but the fact that he is making it open source and that he's interested in making it available to masses of people is inspiring. This is a great talk.

BTW, I was at TEDxYYC. It was a great day and I really enjoyed your talk.

One of the talks from that TEDx event was Ben Cameron's testament to the power of the arts in society. It's been featured on the front page of the TED web site a few times. It's a great talk, my only gripe and it's more a hometown centric gripe is that I would love to have seen a Calgarian's talk featured. Nonetheless it's a great rally cry for those who work within the expanding field of the arts.

The irony of you, of all people, not being able to embed a video on the internet is really quite astounding.

(not really, every time I embed a clip I mess it up one way or another the first try)
