This guy is just awful.

This team simply can't get to the QB at all even when they bring 6, but he insists on trying to do it and gets burnt every game.

Insanity is doing the same things over and over again and expecting different results.

Try rushing 3 and using some zone coverage. Well, I guess they tried that once, but Raymond doesn't know how to cover the deep zone apparently.

EDIT: LOL - they actually brought 7 on that 85 yard pass and didn't even get a hit on the QB. Why bother blitzing?

More quality playcalling - your O-Line hasn't been able to sustain a block in weeks so let's try a QB draw.

The players are playing like crap, but they've been put in impossible situations to succeed thus far. It's like the coaches refuse to recognize the weaknesses of this team and just try and call the game the way they want to.
