That was my first thought too. I wouldn't consider $25k to be a "good" job in this city, but even if that's what each of them makes on average, they'd be bringing home a combined $100k and should be able to swing more than $1300/month. Of course, the costs of 4 big dogs probably eats into their budget quite a lot.

They're quite the bunch of people. You see, when things go bad and you have to evict them and you say "you said that you were quiet", they'd be able to say "no, we said we're 'quite a bunch of people' and when you tell this story to your friends, won't you say 'I have quite the story to tell you'?".

You'd have a hard time finding a small house for rent in that price range, let alone one with a yard/house big enough for 4 dogs.

I wouldn't rent to them just because this whole 2 couples set up seems odd.

They could be trying to save money for any number of reasons.

My little sister owns a house and has three large dogs and another small one and their place is fine and they are all happy and well adjusted. Her place isn't trashed. The worst thing might be if they piss and poop anywhere on the lawn leading to dead-spots, or if they're trained to go in the same area which could be gravel.

They said they have good jobs, not good paying jobs.

Maybe Hulkrogan can rent out his basement? With 4 dogs like that, I doubt anyone would mess with them!

Doesn't anyone think that bull mastiff (I assume thats the dog on the left.... all though if its a bull mastiff it must be a hybrid) looks pretty skinny / underweight?
