Okay, I wasn't going to comment on the incorrect usage of "I" in the thread title, although it's one of my grammatical pet peeves but now that I see he has an English degree, I won't let it go.
It should be "Help my Dad and me win a Cross Canada trip!"
You wouldn't say "Help I win..." and the addition of your Dad to the sentence doesn't change that.
Oh yeah, and good luck.

I am actually aware of that. The problem is, commonly, people understand that "and I" is grammatically correct. So if you say "and me", it does not sound right to most people, even though it may be.
But my dad and I think I have done good on this.
