I am glad he is going back to comedies, not that he really left them, but after that short part in Inglorious Basterds, I realized that he can't be taken seriously in any other form of film
on topic with the trilogy, the biggest thing I noticed, was as the series wore on the character of 'Austin Powers' became less and less funny, and 'Dr. Evil' became increasingly hilarious.
I also remember Seth Green talking out this, now that I type this... Apparently he is supposed to be the main 'Bad guy' in this 4th, IIRC
