Kurt Cobain once said, and I'm paraphrasing cause I forget the exact quote, but that Weird Al was one of the most talented artists he'd ever met.

I loved him as a kid, then got to that age where liking him wouldn't be cool anymore (and really got disinterested at the same time in all fairness) and started getting back into him again when I say ''White and Nedry'' on Much a few years ago.
It's kinda funny that he began his career (more or less) and probably only succeeded in it by paroding Michael Jackson (as those were the big hits that really made him popular), and has outlasted even the King of Pop. I was thinking this even before MJ died because really, he hadn't done anything in so long, I didn't think he was going to do anything else.
