Moving truck rental... other moving tips?

Yeah, I have never had a good experience with U-haul. We rented through Avis on Macleod trail and there were no issues at all. Price was pretty reasonable too.

Rent from Ace Truck rentals down by 90th ave and 52nd street se. Their trucks are newer. Something you can't say about U-Haul. Service is great.

Called Ace. 100 bucks a day + 0.18/km.
Uhual- 30 bucks + 0.69/km.

Does Ace have a ramp in and out of the truck?

As for other advice: waiting for Servpro to call me back. Will find out their rates and then call Sears! I have a small spot cleaner, but want to get it done right so the landlord can't come back to me later.


I've set up gas/electric stuff, and plan to have my tv/internet/phone stuff moved, but haven't booked it yet. Also hoping to get our mail forwarded through the post-office.

Anything I am over-looking?
