Switching Names On Jersey?

On a related note, does anyone know if I can get an "A" on my jersey switched to a "C"? I have an Ovechkin jersey with an A but obviously I want to switch if possible. Is it possible, and does any store do this or do they make u take off the old patch on your own?

As an aside I got the stajan jersey. Had to remove the namebar myself, bit got it done. Looks great! Thanks guys!
