I too would participate in buying a massive quantity of cheese if someone can find the Saddledome replica.
In fact, I wish I was eating some this very moment.

People are pretty much correct...the Flames do get their cheese from Harlan, however, they pretty much just get it from Rico's and ship it out by the pallet to the Dome. the Flames have their own formulation that isn't available to other Harlan customers.
Your best bet would be to call the Dome and see if they will sell you a case...but it will be expensive. As I recall they 'Flames cheese' is a ton more expensive than the 'ordinary' nacho cheese you can get at 7-11, a community rink etc.

I'm so stoned right now and because of this thread all I can think of is crappy Saddledome cheese and even worse chicken fingers with wet fries. hmmmmmm

I bet I could have someone ship it out to me and it would taste just as fresh.

While in Calgary over the holidays I introduced my Australian girlfriend to all my favourite Canadian foods (which included buffalo wings, timbits, ginger beef, poutine, among others) and the Saddledome nachos was her top pick by far. She refused to eat lunch on game days just so she could leave room for a large nachos that night. That just goes to show how delectable and crack-like the nachos are.

I also agree the the Dome version is best. I tried the nachos and cheese at the Staples Centre and they were truly disgusting.

And a short walk from the urinal. We may be designing the trashiest house of all time, but I can't wait for the day I have a urinal in my bathroom.

This is going back a few years, but you used to be able to purchase the exact same stuff as the Dome used at US Costco locations. It was a significant contributor to my playing offensive line in high school.

This is friggin ridicous, I get an infraction because of an older post about the dome cheese? you kididng me?

Its because I'm a Nucks fan, isn't it? Who puts an infraction for an old post from long ago, all you had to do was just tell me its from so and so than lock it. I don't bother reading when the posts were done I assume if its up on the first page, ill post in it.

I bought a case of nachos and a case of individual portion cheese (much better than a huge tub).

The cheese is pretty close, just hotter. The chips are a bit thicker though.

I still have some of this left if anyone is interested in some. The best before date on the chips is end of Nov, although they are still fresh.

Yeah, I was trying to think of that, I thought about sysco and or harland (which i couldn't remember). But yes, its from harland.
