There are two things that would come into play here.
#1) From our policies:
A Wildrose Government will be accountable to the people of Alberta by having free votes with the exception of the budget and votes of non-confidence.
Our MLA's would be free to vote according to their constituent wishes without fear of reprisal from the Leader or a party whip.
#2) From our constitution:
(d) Members of Caucus may only be ordered expelled from Caucus on the initiative of the Leader and supported by a majority vote of Caucus, held by secret vote by ballot.
We understand that there may come a time when disciplinary action is necessary; however it would be done democratically, not at the whim of one person.
