Oh yes Dis because the good and pure company named Haliburton was a line we shouldn't have crossed.
God shame us all who think Haliburton got the contracts for rebuilding Iraq because of the Vice President's connection to the company. Not to mention the Millions they gouged the American military on fuel, failed to complete some contracts causes the US government to reassign it divide it up and give it to other countries.

Nice try.
No, because it added nothing to the discussion. Typical of 75% of the posts in threads on this subject....which is why I haven't been reading them.
They are full of venom and I'm sick of it.

Except for when you are reading them and then posting to tell us how meaningless our posts are and that is why you are not reading them.
For which we are all grateful.

Yes, it's such a bad thing for someone who has been so involved in these threads in the past and mysteriously disappears from them to be reminded why and share that with the rest. Horrible of me, isn't it?
The issues are so emotionally charged that I find the discussions USELESS and a huge waste of energy for me.
Sorry to interrupt your succession of constructive comments on the topic. Carry on.
BTW...was your post meaningful?

My bad, I was thinking you were defending Haliburton, not making a comment about the 1 liner.

NP and thanks. The post could've been in response to any number of posts I'm guessing. I know the nature of the conversations and what they evolve into. I've made dozens of similar posts in the past out of frustration. It just happened that I chose to read this one and FA's post was a good reminder for me. Obviously, he thinks it was something personal.
Whatever.
