Some more BlackBerry apps that I would recommend at the moment.

ScoreMobile for BlackBerry: Free app for live scores, standings, and stats from all the major north american pro and college sports.

MLB At Bat 2010: $15 app that lets you follow every MLB game live pitch for pitch all season. There are free apps that do the same thing, but this app allows you to listen to every MLB game for the entire regular and post season. To me that is one hell of a bargain.

BerryBuzz: I bought this on sale for $2.99. It allows you to customize the LED Colors and set audible reminders for alerts on your device. Different colors for texts, instant messages, phone calls, all your email accounts etc. etc. Pretty handy and worth the three bucks.

MemoryBooster - RAM Optimizer: I bought this one on sale for $4.99. This app allows you to boost your device speed by recovering wasted memory.

Call Blocker Professional: $2.99. Allows you to block specific numbers. You can either have the call sent directly to your voice mail, or pick up and hang up on them so they don't even know they are being blocked. It can be set to block numbers at certain times or all day long if you prefer. You can also add numbers to a custom exclusion list that are able to call you no matter what blocked settings you have set for yourself. This app comes in really handy for blocking telemarketers or I guess ex girlfriends or boyfriends.

MailMinder: I think I paid $2.99 or $3.99 for this one. It allows you to manage which emails come to your device. Hit the menu button on an email message in your inbox. One option will be to set mailminder rule. You can set your LED to not blink for messages from that particular address, to mark as read, to delete the message or to alert you. This is one of the best apps I have ever purchased. The business I work for recently sold to a larger company. Now I receive useless emails from useless people telling everyone that they will be out of the office for the next two days. I just set their email address to automatically delete and they never bother me again. The message will only be deleted from your device, so you will still need to go and delete the messages from the inbox in your computer. At least they won't be bothering you when you are out and about.
