Geez, I don't think I could tell the difference between 3 degrees like that. If someone said it was 29 when it was actually 26, I would believe that it was 29. It needs to be more drastic, like someone saying it's 30 when it's actually 20 for me to question it, lol.

Dammit you people in other cities with nice weather. You do realize you are getting weather now in April that we barely get in the middle of summer here in Calgary. Envious, yes I am!

Lots of fresh new snow south of Longview this morning (below) . . . . .
Winter storm watch warning issued for Okotoks, High River and Claresholm
Watches
Okotoks - High River - Claresholm
3:37 PM MDT Sunday 26 April 2009
Winter storm watch for
Okotoks - High River - Claresholm issued
Heavy snowfall possible beginning Monday evening.
The potential for severe winter weather exists over these regions.
The cold weather pattern affecting much of Alberta is expected to continue well into this week. Another impulse is expected to generate easterly winds over Cardston and Crowsnest regions this evening resulting in 10 cm of snow by Monday noon. The system then has the potential to intensify further in strength by Monday evening and into Tuesday. This is expected to result in a further 10-20 cm of snow for a larger portion of southern Alberta. Thus a winter storm watch has been issued for the regions of Brooks, Okotoks and Lethbridge. Current information suggests the precipitation will fall as a mixture of rain and snow over Medicine Hat and Cypress Hills regions. The weather situation will be closely monitored over the next 24 hours.
Thank the Lords Of Kobol we got our winter back!!! It was sorely missed. You poor sods who have to put up with 30+ C!!!

First tornado warning of the year right now. 15 miles SW of us moving NE at 45 MPH, tornado with debris on the ground.
Lovely.
Missed us to the west by about 4 miles. Sporadic tornadoes dropping for a few minutes here and there.

I don't know why you're yukking it up . . . . . it was fine enough weather for a swim here too!!!
Actually, after we got back, I went for a 17 km run in just a t-shirt. But . . . . . now it's snowing like hell at my house right now.
Sure, you're all dressed up in your bikini out there, but we can still do parking lot doughnuts on the ice.
