I would recommend just about any of the Cirque shows. Also saw Wayne Brady when I was down there last year, and his show was pretty good. And even though you might not be into the nightclub scene, going to a club in Vegas is always entertaining to people watch. Ghostbar on top of the Palms Casino is interesting.

If you play in any of the $50 buyin tourneys around town you shouldn't embarrass yourself too badly. If you know the basics of poker, than a tournament is not too bad. Tourneys are definitely the way to go - you cannot lose more than what you buy in for, and if you play tight agressive, you can play for hours. Pick up a Cardplayer or Bluff Magazine while you are there, and it will list the tournaments you can buy into. Your wife might also be interested in playing.

Do you golf?

Thanks again all.

I forgot my wife really wants to go to the bodies exhibit. Think she will know the difference if we go to the Rhino instead?

I would love to golf but not in the cards for this trip.

There are ticket booths along the strip. They can get you tickets to shows and exhibits for cheap. You may have to wait in line, but the deals can sometimes be worth it. Especially for exhibits where there is no seating. My wife got a decent discount when she went to see bodies. I think she got up early in the morning to stand in line though, so if you don't want to get up early you may wait in line for a long time or miss out on the best deals... I don't entirely know how those booths work as far as pricing and availability go.
