Here are my thoughts on a few popular online books:
Sportsinteraction.com - run on an Indian reserve in Quebec. Nice, user-friendly site, good sign-up bonus, but I've never had much luck with it and haven't actually cashed out.
DCSC.com - not very user-friendly, but the lowest juice. Unusual in that you have to enter the amount you want to win for most events - not the amount you wish to wager. Payouts are the fastest and most problem-free I've experienced. Plus, they have OHL betting. 20% sign-up bonus.
Bet365.com - has live in-game betting, which presents great opportunities. I'm convinced the in-game odds are computer-generated, as they often don't seem to recognize momentum shifts. Very user-friendly site. Regulated by UK Gaming Commission. Payouts are not a problem - Instadebit works best. They take a bit longer than DCSC. They regularly give 'no strings attached loyalty bonuses' of $10 or $20 which is nice. You have to bet it and roll it over three times before cashing it out. I believe there's a 15% sign-up bonus.
Logans - Nice site, but payouts take forever and are issued by check and delivered from the UK by UPS. Your bank will want to hold the check forever. I'd avoid this site.
If you're new to all this, be forewarned that all of the sites will require some personal info before your first cash-out, including photocopies of ID and the credit cards you used or utility bills. They're required to collect this under "Know Your Customer" laws.
