Sgt. Peppers wasn't released today... it was from 1967 so the correct answer is 1947 [/quote]
Sorry 'bout that. Thought you were asking from the point of view of the fictional Sgt. Pepper band as a sort of trick question. Though we know a band called The Beatles released an album called "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" in 1967, we are never told when their fictional alter-egos released an eponymous album - that's why I took "Twenty years ago today..." literally.
To take a stab at the last unanswered question (and probably getting this one wrong too! <grin>), I can't remember if the radio station in Reservoir Dogs is ever named but the DJ is "K-Billy" and he's hosting "Super Sounds of the 70's".
OTOYH, who does the voice for K-Billy (and for bonus points, include a one-liner from one of his stand-up comedy routines.)

Booo! Two tries on hockey questions for me, two wrong answers. I suck.
But... Steven Wright was DJ K-Billy and one of his stand-up lines is "OK, so what's the speed of dark" ?
OTTOYH -- One of the Wright Brothers shares his first name with a famous popcorn magnate. What is that first name?

freshman flames fans fear fatas for filing frequently found forcasts; familiar flames fans frequently freak for finding forcasts formerly filed, find-fault, flip fierce formulations featuring foxtrotting fatas.
Erm, OTTOYH, a word that rhymes with Iginla.
