Post a wanted ad in the buy/sell section of Calpuck? There are tons of computer guys on this forum and seriously, 4 year old systems equipped with a good videocard will play those games. Heck, if you go for really cheap...you could even get one with an AGP slot (because ATI's excellent HD 3850 comes in AGP format). The videocard makes all the difference in the world. The rest are not really that important if you are trying to play WOW, Starcraft II, etc.

I could build you as cheap as you can get system from the parts I have here but you could probably get something better from another CP member. I have a bunch of spare Athlon XP mainboards and a CPU and ram for them. Just need a decent AGP videocard (x1950 or HD 3850 probably). If you want something that will give you more future expandability though, get a system with a PCI-E 16x slot...honestly, the computer game industry has completely levelled off from the pace it set over the last 5 years because of the market shift to consoles so basically most computers with a good videocard can play just about anything.
