Check with your insurance company about whether your contents are covered in trainst while you are moving. I don't know why they wouldn't be. Tell them exactly what you will be doing. They will probobly help you out. Always better to havethem covered under your own insurance, rather then someone elses.

Well after a day of back and forth bickering I finally have a signed and accepted offer for a date that works for me. Hopefully the final subjects go smoothly and this can get finalized. I was happy to sell the place and to do a quick turn around, but that time frame with this notice was friggen difficult. After this guy tried to do it himself....he quickly realized I wasn't blowing smoke.
