Get this...his father-in-law is a microbiologist for the CDC specializing in.....wait for it.....TB!!!

NO LIE.

Everything reliable I've seen is that the guy had no reason to believe he shouldn't fly.

Evidently the strain, while obviously more dangerous because of its resistance, is supposedly markedly more difficult to transmit....and TB is tough to transmit in the first place.

Very good chance that there was no harm done.

The least he could have done was put a blinken mask on his face before boarding the plane. Is that to fricken hard to ask?

Unbelievable that you would actually stick of for this guy. Yes it is unfortunate, but there were MANY more option he could have taken besides the one he choose.
well who knows. It's he said she said. He says that he was specifically cleared to leave the US. Not sure anyone is sticking up for him, just want to wait for the facts to play out before we all become judges.

Who knows, he might be a liar, but it seems to me if we was cleared, doctors might be incented to lie about their council to him as well.

Just from my own experience working in the industry I do, I know the media has little time or interest in determining facts, they go out of their way to sensationalize something and can even report flat our lies and not care.

If he isn't a risk...then why is he under guard?

He knew what he was doing and is a scumbag for doing so.
