chocolate is garbage. It looks good from the outside, but the insides are trash.
Brava is a very nice condo complex. If I was gonna vote for a condo it would be Brava.

However, i like the UofC medical center myself.

Citadel West was my choice. I like how streamlined the building looks. It's a little too institutional looking, but still my favourite on the list.

The Children's Hospital should win, though. To me it looks uglier than a vat of puke, but it's not really my opinion that counts. I hope they win a tonne of awards for it, considering all the special challanges and innovation that went into its design, and how much it means to the kids.

My vote is for the Health Research Innovation Centre I & II. None of the condos really stand out in my eyes. Except Sasso, but not in a good way. That building is all over the place. It lacks a focus. And that metal lattice roofing is terrible, it looks half finished.

I voted for The Vento for similar reasons. The photos here don't do it justice (hopefully that is changed tonight). It fits perfectly into the community in bridgeland, has a nice retail component, Most of the exterior materials are recycled, it is the first LEED Platinum Certified Residential Building in North America, and the wood inlay is a nice change for Calgary. A very warm, nicely scaled development.
