Oh boy, Tyson Griffen, the 155'er not the 205 Forrest Griffen.
Good PPV overall, predictable but exciting. Cote wanted that win badly and he held on at times to get it. Was insane to see Cro Cop in the octagon, and he came out using the Pride music, kinda funny. Can't stand the US crowd and there constant boo'ing, they started about 40 seconds into the Rampage fight, that was embaressing. I couldn't stand all the Lutter BJJ hype coming into the fight, was awesome to see Silva - a BJJ blackbelt himself -- finish it with a submission on the ground. Whoever faces Silva next (Swick, Okami, Marquart, alot of contenders there, Franklin as well) is in for a world of hurt.
The UFC has two future contenders in Edgar and Griffen, wow, what a fight. Griffen is the real deal, and how Edgar held on in that knee bar to end the fight.. wow. The next time these two fight it will be a title fight. UFC has no much talent at 155. Easily fight of the year very early.
That was a sweet KO by Terry Martin and Rivera is no push-over.. calling out Mike Swick was a little odd.
