What do you guys think about porta poppers being placed around the down town core. Do you think it would be an eye sore or something that should be considered?

i think they'd be pretty dirty pretty quick...

aren't there already a bunch on the construction sites?

i can well imagine some steel worker who'd scurried down 30 flights to use the facilities, and he's got to wait for that homeless guy to funk up the throne...

Not only would they be an eyesore, they would make your eyes sore.

Imagine a port-a-pottie in Olympic Plaza. More like Port-a-Pestilence.

This law should open up a whole new avenue of creativity for the panhandling crowd though.

"Spare some change? I gotta pay my bylaw tickets"
