In saying outside, I meant 1 hour per day(might be too much) to go to the weights, get some fresh air, etc, etc.

Although I wouldn't have a problem cutting that down to once a week, maybe twice a week.

I'm pretty anti the death penalty but turned to my better half when I heard about this on the radio and said, really there's no reason to keep this person alive. I think that's worse than rape and pedophiles!
