what's up with the flood protection?

Does it surve any purpose other than the few times where I have to watch my watch and count down until I can post again? I feel locked out.

Then again it doesn't happen often but when it does "grrrr"

FYI. I just noticed that if you click on the number in the reply column you can see who all posted in that thread. Useless, but cool.

It's faster but I am awaiting the skins for a nicer graphic design. I am not a fan of very clean designs. More Flames related graphics.
