You do realise the history of music is peppered; one could say dominated by musicians voicing social, political and radical views. The only thing I see wrong with it is it's basis nowadays is commercial. They buck the system to sell records.

It's totally fine when artists do it in a sensitive and subtle matter though.

If you don't think Fall Out Boy is popular you've been under a rock...they are huge. Stopping traffic in Toronto huge...BTW I don't think they sound anything like the Killers.
