Canada is set to play the US in just a few minutes. If Canada can somehow pull off a win today, it all but ensures they will advance to the next round.

Go Canada!

Canada with 3 hits so far, all of them triples. A little odd, but a 2-0 lead in the 2nd inning.

I am insane with anger right now. Well, actually I'm just really baffled as to how I'm going to find a crow to eat in the next couple of hours, but eh, I'll cross that bridge when I get there.

But in other news, CAN 2B Stubby Clapp has the greatest name in the history of the universe.

I'm an idiot................I had my satellite dish on the Ontario Sportsnet feed, they were just showing the Cuba/Panama game. I just assumed all Sportsnet feeds were not showing the US/Canada game. Just realized they are showing the game on the Alberta feed.....the other game was actually not bad to watch, but I'd rather see my home country play.

Anyone give me a quick recap on the scoring plays so far?

A groundout scored the first, triple scored the second, I missed the third run and then Adam Stern singled up the middle with the bases loaded to score the fourth and fifth.

AND NOW IT IS 7-0!!!!

This is great...absolutley great. Hopefully Canada can keep it coming, the US is showing no desire to win right now.

Canada has never gotten credit for it's ballplayers. We've got some good ones and this shows what can happen in one game. Something like our hockey lose to Switzerland. Still not over.

This is amazing to watch - they are dominating, long ways to go though.

So who's gonna be the first to question whether Canada can win it all?
