Stifler's mom is different from Joey's sister.

As people have said Joey's sister is Adrianna on the Soprano's.

Stiflers mom plays his agent.

See, I have a lot of friends who don't get HBO and wait for the DVDs to come out, so I'm used to... aahh nevermind, you ruined it for anyone who hasn't seen the 5th season yet...
