Chicago is opportunistic…but a team with speed will kill them when their D cheats as they do often. Flames aren’t that team.
Slow to move. Slow to play. Slow to think.
The PP is atrocious at moving the puck. Whoever is beside the goal plays too deep to do anything useful. Weird design.

Another great game - solid effort but lose in the end
Enjoyed the effort and the fiestiness. Morton played well. Klapka is a beast. Coronato has been fixed.

So many feelings.
- watching Zary right now is a little sad. I hope it’s just confidence and not a physical limitation. This was a player that was juggling the puck on his stick through traffic last year.
- our attention to detail seems to have just evaporated inexplicably in the offseason. We’ve bowled our own goalie over for multiple goals this season. And I hate to single Bahl out, but that was such a low iq play on the 4th goal. You’re lone man on the opponent blue line facing 3 hawks above their hash marks, and you take a ‘shot’ from the point which was better described as a pass to the opposition. I don’t think the shot even got a millimeter off the ice.
- yegor, man. Yeah we get it, Craig signed you to the contract. But help a brother out. Do something. Anything. Tonight, the players need to sneak into the hotel room, hold him down on the bed, and give him the private Pyle treatment from Full Metal Jacket.

I don't want to talk about the game because this team is ugly.
Instead, I want to say that I had a blast listening to the Hawks broadcast. Rick Ball and Darren Pang is the best broadcast duo in the entire league. Change my mind.

If you are bringing Beecher in, it has to be for Sharo or Frost with how bad they played. But I would still just not bring him in lol.

Morton worked hard and played well - he didn't look out of place. He deserves to go again tomorrow. Maybe Lomberg gets a night off and they go Morton - Beecher - Klapka
