i know a few couples where the wife "had some work done" and none of them are still together. all of a sudden she's getting LOTS of attention she's not used to getting and really likes it. it doesn't seem to take long.

I spent a lot of money on a TV for my basement some years ago and I just don't really watch TV down there. I guess I did for a while when I bought it. But it was pretty unnecessary.

I have a lot of ski stuff I absolutely do not need. None of it sucks or makes me sad though.

I will say this thread has served as another reminder that I should never get a hot tub.

I bought a new road bike a few years ago that I have rode maybe half a dozen times. It's just sitting in my building's bike room now.

I bought an air gun for spray painting. Used it for a grand total of 5 minutes (without reading instructions), it got gummed up and thrown into the bottom of the tool bench.

Wii U, terrible console.

Fly fishing belly boat, but I’ve used it 10 times so not a terrible waste.

About 14 or more travel mugs from costco, all come in sets of 2, none of which now have any sodding lids, I also have 5 or more lids that don't fit any of the mugs, where did they come from?

And yet when I wander through Costco those 2 pack of coffee mugs call to me like the sirens tortured Odysseus 'buy me buy me, this time it will be different'

Ugh, my wife is like that, she has so many of the damn things, and every time we are in a store that has them she always wants to get more.
