With more development time, Theo Stockselius could become Theo Customselius.

Considering where he is now after the time he lost because of thyroid cancer, Stockselius really impresses me. Sergeev, Stromgren, and Kerins all strike me as cromulent choices at this point, but Stocks are rising across the board just now.

Not feeling the Kerins vibe. I think he's the type of player whose career trajectory is AHL All Star/Hired Gun who bounces around the league for awhile on one year contracts before heading to Europe.

I feel the same way. Kuz, kerins, possibly stromgren, hunt, costco. Probably not nhl’rs. Poirier as well just not sure he makes it.

Costco can play in the NHL on the 4th line and as a shootout specialist. If he wasn’t hurt last year the Flames likely would have made the playoffs by a point or two, all things being equal

I see him as a band aid like a lot of our Center solutions.

I am hoping King can come in and really solidify that position long term.

After this round I’ll probably be looking towards the high floor and mid / closer to low ceiling guys.
.

Kerins, Solovyov, Kuznetsov, Stromgren, Morton and King probably fall into this category.

Tough to gauge goalies, but Sergeev is probably somewhere around there too

Looks like a run off here.

With Kerins he has shown the ability to adapt and figure out the next level. But I think until he shows over 30 or 40 games that he can score consistently in the NHL he's going to continue to face doubters. He's likely not going to find his way into a bottom 6 role with his style. So unless he can settle into a top 6 role he does have the look of that guy who can score in the AHL, and even provide offence in the NHL in short spurts. But if you give him 30 games in the NHL he may have a lot of nights where he doesn't really contribute much.

With Stockselius you have the intriguing size and skill. So there is the upside of him turning into something interesting especially if you consider a guy his size having to battle and overcome thyroid Cancer.

But it's very likely the likes of Kerins, Stromgren, Soloyvov, and Kuznetsov could all play more NHL games when it's all said and done and Stockselius never gets a sniff of the NGL. Just that they may do so in the filler type roles.
