Can there be a post at the top that shows what picks we have for this draft?

They have all of their own picks except for the 7th rounder, which was traded yesterday for Detroit's 2025 7th.
They also have Vegas's 1st rounder, acquired in the Hanifin trade; and Vancouver's 3rd rounder, acquired in the Zadorov trade.

Currently 8 picks, 5 of them in the 1st 3 rounds and there should be more coming at some point I would think.
Hopefully can add another 1st and 2nd at least.

Brantford of the OHL drafted a 7 foot, 243-pound Moldovan named Alexander Karmanov who is eligible for 2026.

More of a nature of the draft itself than Calgary's selections.

I saw that, they're touting him as the biggest hockey player ins the world. I wonder if he's good at hockey?

Apparently Kewlona, Portland, Seattle, London, Kitchen and Soo currently have a combined ~114 NHL players. The entire QMJHL has ~77.
In the past 5 years, there have been 42 first round picks from the OHL, 36 from the WHL, and 10 from the QMJHL.
There are 54 active players from Alberta and 58 from Quebec. We may soon see, for the first time ever, more NHLers from Alberta than Quebec, despite Quebec having 1.8 times more people.
In recent years, the QMJHL seems to be closer to the USHL in terms of NHLe coefficients than it is to the OHL and WHL.
When evaluating prospects, you might want to consider this when looking at the QMJHL point totals. Scouts have noticed this - you can see it by the number of players drafted from each league.

Surprisingly few centres projected for the top half of the draft.

Also a nice bonus that he'll be playing with Reschny in North Dakota & played with him in Victoria.

The top 3 look amazing. If they don't get McKenna, I hope they get Roobroeck.
